Askaran Binjraj is a registered brand owned and operated by Chandan Retail Private Limited. References to “Askaran Binjraj”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Chandan Retail Private Limited.

• All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service or an order where permitted by law, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or product unavailability.
• Product prices and availability may change without prior notice. Changes do not affect orders already accepted, except where a clear pricing error has occurred.
• You must provide accurate and complete account, billing and delivery information.

3. Product Information and Pricing

We endeavour to ensure that descriptions, images and prices on the website are accurate. Colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen and lighting. If we identify an error affecting an order, we will contact you and offer the option to proceed with corrected information or cancel the affected item for an applicable refund.

4. Orders and Payment

• An order is confirmed only after successful payment and acceptance by us.
• Payment must be completed before goods are dispatched.
• Available payment methods may include credit or debit cards, UPI, net banking and other methods shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by authorised payment service providers. We do not store complete card credentials.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines shown at checkout or communicated after an order are estimates. Delays may occur because of courier constraints, weather, public holidays, incorrect addresses or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Shipping eligibility, charges, tracking and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns, Exchanges and Credit Notes

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchange Policy. Eligibility depends on the product category, condition, tags, proof of purchase and the applicable request period. Certain categories and promotional purchases are excluded. Cash refunds are not offered where the Returns & Exchange Policy provides for an exchange or credit note.
